Week 2

  Started the week with a ketamine treatment. The weather has been great and looks to continue for week three. Decided to wait until the weather goes bad to start with the y and weights. On a positive note I was able to bowl this week and did great! 204, 278, 215 for a 697!

And we're off!! Week 1

 Week one started with taking Jayde to the airport in the cities. Really didn't have a workout until Wednesday so it was a short week. Looking forward to 2026!!
